2 1/2 C Flour
1 1/2 t Baking Powder
3/4 C Water
1/3 C Vegetable Oil
1 t Salt
Mix ingredients in small mixing bowl. Form golf ball size balls. Cover with waxed paper. Let set for
30 minutes. Smear oil on countertop. Flatten out balls one by one to pancake size. Place on hot griddle.
Keep flipping until cooked on both sides.
